Computational Parametric Designing Using Dynamo and Revit now made easy with (K-Attractor)

In this video I'll explain about a tool I have programmed recently called K-Attractor, it opens doors for amazing new concepts in designing using Revit ! It can be used as a generator for your parametric patterns or adaptive components to provide you with dozens of endless possibilities based on your attractors in the conceptual massing environment and/or can work in the project environment with the loadable families. The special thing in this tool is that you do not have to use reporting parameters and repeating as a Technic to create your attractor, as that Technic is quite heavy on Revit and time consuming, also the K-Attractor works with pattern based families, which cannot be achieved using the Reporting old style method. Please enjoy this video, and don't forget all the samples used in the video are available in the "extra" Synthesize folder of the toolkit :)

K-Join (Auto Joining your Revit projects without effort)

Hi, in this post, I would like to introduce to a tool called K-Join,

It is a part of Synthesize toolkit in Dynamo,

Now this tool in short does the following :

Can you manage to see how the model in completely joined ?
Good, That's it,.. enjoy :)

Elegant Scene in V-Ray for Revit

After a bit of practicing on the new V-Ray for Revit, I could create scenes in this quality,
It just feels great to be able to produce such realistic output Directly from Revit,

More to come, stay tuned :)

Revit Tip: Save Time Converting Revit Families with KConvert

Powering up families with KCONVERT (Changing the hosts of families without having to re-create them, and keeping all the parameters working perfectly!) In this topic, I address some amazing functionalities that can be done with Revit families, It is like adding super powers to a family, Now, here's the thing, When it comes to situations where you'd need to convert a family from (Wall, Ceiling, Roof) Based into something like Face Based You either do a re-creation of that family Or you use the Copy/Monitor trick (A bit tedious) and may cause some problems The solution is in this Video,

Happy watching. TO DOWNLOAD KCONVERT : CHECKOUT THE ARTICLE BELLOW
